We accept the returns for any reason, but item must be "AS IS Condition." All returns must be sent within 5 days of receipt of your package.

Once receiving the returned item, we will contact buyers to arrange refund of merchant value. Please note that postage is NOT refundable.

Warranty is provided for 30 days for parts and labor, starting from delivering the unit in Taiwan. Consumables such as cables are not included.
