The Tektronix 140 is a used NTSC Generator.

The Tektronix 140 NTSC Generator supplies television test signals for 525-line, 60 Hz field standard NTSC color TV systems.
Three operating modes provide NTSC color bars, a five step staircase with Average Picture Level, and a five step staircase with variable Average Picture Level. Also has an independent convergence pattern signal.
